“These camels belong to Shindia Ali, a female trader from Maikona and her colleagues.

Of 108 camels trekked for 10 days from Maikona to Wajir livestock  market, only 40 camels arrived.

The others died from lack of water and feed and disease. Moreover the traders suffered from unstable prices.”
